Shipping and Returns Policy


SHIPPING POLICY

Most products are shipped within 5-7 business days of order. For items with a longer lead time, this will be notated on the product page. We Ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS and other Freight Carriers.  Shipping is currently available to US physical addresses only (We do not ship to PO Boxes.) If your received order shipped via freight truck has visible damage, refuse the shipment. Do not sign or initial any paperwork and contact us immediately. We can replace damaged orders at no cost, but only if the shipment is refused. If you accept the damaged item, we will not be able to replace it because you have indicated the item was received in perfect condition.

All items are shipped from Plantsville, CT and prices shown include shipping. If you are in the Plantsville area and would prefer to pick up your items, please contact us prior to ordering to obtain pricing for local pick-up.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns and cancellations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for returns. We ask that you ship the unused item back to us within 14 days. 

You can request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase or when you receive notification that design has begun, whichever takes place first. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders. All ready-to-ship items or pieces on sale are final sales as well.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (and shipping back in the event of an exchange).

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Used items will not receive refunds. 

There is no restocking fee on returns. Once the item is received, you will receive a full refund, less the original shipping fees.

ADDRESS CHANGES

 If the product is returned to us or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e. wrong address) you are responsible to pay for the shipping charges or overages. Please contact us as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.
